Viscomat 90M Vane Oil Transfer Pump
Viscomat 90M is a 230V oil transfer pump, The available AC version is suitable for all those applications where it is necessary to apply a transfer system with high suction capacity in order to transfer fluids with medium-high viscosity.
The high density of the oil, compared to other types of liquids, requires a greater strength in the transfer phase. For this reason, the Viscomat 90M oil transfer system is characterized by the AC self-priming vane pump, capable of supporting and guaranteeing a constant flow rate and regularity in the flow dispensed with low viscosity, up to 500 cSt with a flow rate of up to 50 l/min.
The continuous operation ensures high suction capacity with pressure up to 5 bar. The asynchronous AC motor, on the other hand, is self-ventilated, closed and available in different voltages and frequencies, both single-phase and three-phase, in order to adapt to any working condition.
The Viscomat 90M oil transfer pump offers the possibility to regulate the operation with closed delivery, thanks to the application of the by-pass integrated in the pump body.
The sintered steel rotor has resin vanes that provide good strength to the rotor during transfer. For greater safety of the oil transfer system, Viscomat Vane can be accessed from the pump side to ensure proper maintenance of the rotating shaft seal.
