Delivery via Courier
Free delivery for all orders from R1200.
Orders under R1600 are charged R120 for delivery.
25L polycans and 210L drums will be on a collection basis only due to the size and nature of the product.
The Courier Guy and Dawn Wing (DPD Laser) are our courier services of choice.
You will receive a notification with your tracking details with the relevant courier service once your item has been dispatched.
If you have not received your shipment within the specified time frames on this page, please reach out to us by phoning 011 568 8342 or emailing orders@flowngo.co.za referencing your order number in the subject line.
All orders made with an EFT Payment will only be sent out once payment reflects in our bank account.
Collecting your order
If you have selected the option to collect your order from our premises, the same handling time applies and you will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Special instructions:
Please leave any special instructions noted to the delivery service in the form field “Delivery instructions” during checkout. We cannot guarantee these requests will be fulfilled as we utilise third party couriers.
